Although I didn't receive any services, David gave a great recommendation of a local repairman closer to me. You can also trust that he will call you back even without leaving a voicemail. Very prompt and informative individual.

He came over to repair my dishwasher, which ended up not making "the noise" while he was here. It turned out to be a bottle top that was stuck in the motor, which my husband I eventually figured out pulling it apart ourselves one night when it randomly started grinding again. Even though he never actually had the opportunity to work on the dishwasher, the repairman said that I could call back at any time if the sound returned. I was impressed by fast he came out (within 2 hours!), how he didn't charge for the visit because it seemed to have worked itself out, and how down to Earth he was as the situation played out. I'm located in DFW area in Texas, My family still resides in Jackson area, my mother called me asking for some help with her dryer since it quit working on her. I took to the good old google search and found Butler Appliance and saw it had some good reviews. Told my mother about it and she called them.

They came right out so quickly, figured out the problem to the dryer quit working and was in and out about 30 minutes. Very professional, nice, took their time and my mom bragged about how happy she was with their work as well. It's nice knowing we were able to find someone locally for my mom to call on repairs to be done honest and quick.
