sounds like Dot Mas, the "professional esthetician" doesn't understand that it is unprofessional AND unethical to recommend a specific product without a consultation first. Also, I saw the question about tear troughs was answered in the FIRST reply the business sent. Frankly, I would not go to an esthetician who DOESN'T understand this. F&BRC is a place I highly recommend. Staff is friendly and the providers know their stuff!
This is all around the best place to go if you want to pamper yourself! The staff is wonderful and very friendly. Jules will make your day so special when you walk through the doors and is always there to help with anything you need.
Could not give direct answer. When questioned for direct answer a very unprofessional response was given. I could not imagine running my practice with this behavior towards a potential new client. Worst part is this facility was a referral from a highfalutin client that probably will never go back there again.
