I received one of their packages for a birthday gift and went yesterday. I got to try the cryotherapy which was really interesting and the infrared sauna - so relaxing! I then had an hour long massage with Kara. She is amazing. This is my second massage with her. She does really good deep pressure and is so sweet. Then I had a facial with Tonya. She was really great and it was so relaxing. My body feels absolutely amazing today. Thank you for a great experience! I will be back soon.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. A couple years ago or so this place didn't have stylist or barbers worth a damn but now the past 2 times I went here I had an awesome experience. They cut my hair just how I asked this time and they trimmed and oiled and brush my beard like no other. She even applied some of the beard oil to my scalp/bald head lol and I couldn't believe how soft and nice it made my short stubby hair feel. My beard never has looked this good before and she really made me feel good about my appearance and my efforts in the care of my beard and head. The last time I went here which was just 2 weeks ago I got a new lady and she pampered me like I was god himself. I'm a married man so she wasn't like flirty or anything of that nature but she simple did her job and did it above and beyond what I expected. Hands down the best experience I've ever had getting my beard trimmed and oiled then brushed and my hair cut as short as possible and then the wash massage and all the other amazing things man I just can say enough great things about the new staff they're amazing.

Adam always gives me a perfect haircut. If you are looking for someone new to cut your hair that knows what they are doing and takes their time, this is the guy you wanna go to. Really took his time to make sure my hair looked perfect before I left. I highly recommend Adam. My haircut was $30, and they only accept cash. It's a little inconvenient, but well worth it.
Recently switched tanning places to here and it has only been a couple weeks and I already notice a big difference in my tan , the staff is always super friendly and never have a line to tan ..

I got a walk-in tattoo of angel wings on August 31, 2024 above my right knee (kind of a late birthday present to myself lol). My tattoo artist was Sailor Jeremy, I want to stress that he did an AMAZING job! I showed him a photo that I found online as inspiration and he told me to air drop it to him. He completely redrew it for me and made it better than it originally was! Jeremy was very professional and when he couldn’t get my stencil placed exactly right he asked the shop owner, Bruce, for help. Bruce made sure that my tattoo placement was absolutely perfect! When getting the tattoo Jeremy made sure that I was as comfortable as possible and gave me pillows to place behind my back. Overall, I had a great experience at Zero Regrets Tattoo and Piercing and I will be back in the future for my next tattoo! ?

Eric and Chance were here today, and as with all Hiller techs, they were very professional and polite. They did a tuneup on my generator, as well as the electrical inspection. Another positive Happy Hiller experience!
The employees came out to fix old system which couldn't be done. They came back the next day a installed a new water heater in 2 hours and had hot water before 9:15 am.

Jackson and the surrounding areas are in the middle of a weather freeze! I called at least 10 companies to assist me with my water leak! McMillion Plumbing came within a few hours when other companies were giving me 24 hours to a week before they could respond to my emergency call. Please share my experience with everyone you come in contact with because both of McMillion Plumbing technicians went above and beyond to assist me. Thank your company a thousand times over!!!!

My carpet was in extreme need for cleaning. I have my own cleaner that I used twice a year for the past 30 years, but the traffic changed from just me to big foot. I couldn't keep up with the dirt and stains. I asked my friend who cleans her carpets, and she recommended Smith's Carpet Cleaning.The time and appointment was quick and easy. I didn't anticipate getting scheduled so soon before Thanksgiving. I was impressed that I got a price quote with no upselling or a bunch of questions.He arrived right on time, I showed him the areas, and he got right to work. There were a few pet stains that I had cleaned, but I didn't notice they were ghosting on the carpet until much later. The pretreatment cleaned up most of it, but I'm not surprised that further treatments are needed.I covered the walk paths until the carpets were completely dry. He told me that it would take 6-8 hours to dry, but I kept the covers down for 48 hours with ceiling fans in high and the central on fan mode.I'm still loving how nice the carpets look. I should have done this sooner. Now that I know what I know, I'll be calling Smith's for Spring and Winter cleaning.Call Smith's Carpet Cleaning!

I needed some electrical work done in my house and all local contractors were booked up. I called John H. Allen and he was readily available, although he would have to drive from Jackson, TN, a bit of a drive. There were two separate days of work, one with one of his contractors, and the other with Mr. Allen himself. Both were professional and did excellent work. My fuse box is really old and that is the main reason that Mr. Allen had to do the final work himself. I was very pleased with their work. It was all completed on October 14, 2022.

JMS is a great company to work with! I called to get an estimate for a new metal roof and they came in less than an hour. I received the estimate right away and it was the best estimate I got compared to other companies. JMS has already completed my roof while some other companies I contacted have yet to provide me an estimate. The JMS Roofing crew did an excellent job at installing the roof. They worked hard all day, even when the weather conditions were not favorable. Upon completion they cleaned up my yard very well. Overall the company did quality work, was very professional, and I highly recommend JMS!

Cox Tree Removal was very quick, friendly, efficient and professional when I contacted them to remove some lower limbs from trees in my yard. We were driving cross country… And suddenly my dog started to have red bloody ? with vomiting. We were on our Day 2 out of 4 days cross country drive. Just imagine being on the road and this is happening… Called their clinic told them that we were driving cross country… glad that they told me that they can take us right away. Even we are new patient, they took my details over the phone and it was easy and smooth.
When we got there it was quick we were taken immediately. Dr. Rachel Day was amazing! I kid you not. She listened to everything I have to say medications I’ve given my puppy health history and tailored fit her care to our situation as a family too… travelers… on the road… given us outpatient care.
Their care was impeccable! As a nurse, I couldn’t complain from the people at the desk, to the nurse and doctor everyone has the gold package.
And thank God after all the care, diagnostics and procedure, the fees wasn’t so bad.. I didn’t get to pay an arm or a leg.
I am exteemely grateful and so is my dog, Vader. He is happy as of the picture and well.

Lift is awesome! However, it does have some older people that feel entitled to be there, especially in the lap pool area. Lap pools are for swimming laps, not walking or socializing!
