Our downstairs bathroom flooded out around 11pm. I called Matt first thing the next morning and he was out by noon. He had us a solution in what felt like no time, cleared our clogged sewer line, went the extra mile to locate our septic tank, then installed a riser for us. Him and Dylan were great and answered all of our questions. Even the dogs loved them! We won’t call anyone but Rescue Plumbing in the future for plumbing needs! I should add that I was insanely stressed about what this would cost but he was upfront with his pricing and it was fair pricing especially for the quality of work and the knowledgeable help!
Rescue Plumbing was able to come out to the house the day after Christmas, quickly evaluated the situation and walked me through the issues. Then they offered me three options for repair. once we had decided they were thorough with the repairs. Will definitely use them again.
