Potter is currently filling pot holes and reworking side roads in my area.- Yesterday only 1 flagger stopping traffic almost causing multiple head on collisions.- Today they have 2 flaggers with no type of communication. I saw one guy trying to call the other flagger to see if he could send us.- patch jobs are quickly done and are worse than they were before the work- all side roads that have been reworked are inches off the ground. They didn’t even try to level it off.I don’t understand how this company is still even open. I’ve never heard a single good thing about them from anyone in the area.

Cannot get a grip on their business. Losing contracts, missing projected deadlines by months. Paying out more in fines than payroll. Workers spread so thin they work every other day on different jobs. Can’t finish anything. So many damaged vehicles cause they can’t make a road that doesn’t accumulate craters after one rain. Place is an embarrassment. Still don’t understand how they pay their workers

They do not treat employees with respect. Give promises they cannot keep and hurt an employees family in the process by not paying or doocling a salary by half. You messed up potters.
