I have never been so disappointed. Every single thing I requested was ignored. I asked for a wash and cut and told she couldn't wash. Should have been my first clue. She asked how much I wanted off and I said 3 inches. My hair was to the bottom of my bra and is now above my shoulders. It was a horrible butcher job. I drove to Jackson last night to get 'styled. Maybe the other stylists are better but I'm never, ever returning. Never.

Great place where they actually honor walk ins welcome. Got turned away by place pretty much next door (I'll let you figure out that business) and all those ladies were doing was sitting on their phones. My 15 year old son just needed a quick trim. I appreciate being fit in and I tip appropriately. Thanks ladies.
