I wanted to share my experience with this clinic. I brought my dog in a couple of weeks ago, and unfortunately, he had to be put down. The staff was incredible throughout the entire process ā compassionate, patient, and understanding. They explained everything clearly and gave me thoughtful options for aftercare, whether bringing him home or choosing cremation. They handled every step with such care and respect. They even sent a heartfelt sympathy card afterward, which meant so much. Iām deeply grateful for their kindness and support during such a difficult time.
I was a wreck. Had my old fella sleeping in my lap as we had our last visit to the vet. I was so grateful they came outside and administered the shots to end his suffering. I couldn't communicate short of nods between tears yet the vet knew what to ask. Thanks guys.
