Today I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jonathan Cash when he came to a summer service/tune up on my Air unit. This young was man was one of the most professional and polite techs I've ever have the pleasure of dealing with. He spent the time to explain exactly what he was doing and let me know a few things I may want to consider doing in the future. GREAT TECH AND GREAT PERSON. My air quit working last night Saturday. So I called several places to see if anyone could come today(Sunday) and they came. Christian came and did an amazing job. He was very polite and professional and took care of me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. It’s says a lot about a company to come on the weekend and fix your air especially in a heatwave. I give them a perfect score!
I had an issue on Sunday morning and they had a technician out by lunch. I’m very impressed by the service I received today. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.
