I do lending on a good amount of loans with the ladies at Land of the South Realty. They are all excellent realtors. I wanted to brag on Connie Sharp. I don't know too many realtors that go the extra mile for clients like she does. She asked me for some advice on a wire fraud issue recently. Her client's email had gotten hacked and unfortunately her client sent their wire for funding to a fraudulent account in Nashville. Connie's office is about 3 hours from Nashville. Her client was elderly and lived in California. Connie went to bat for her client and drove all the way to Nashville and back to get the bank's attention. She demanded to speak with the manager of the branch and, to my knowledge, has just about gotten the situation straightened out. The easy thing to do would have been let someone else handle it - it wasn't really her problem. She is never one to sit back and wait for things to happen. She takes charge - that is the kind of realtor you want to represent you! She has served as a Lewis County Commisioner for 10 years and still serves on the City of Hohenwald Planning Commission. To say the least, she is very well connected in the area. She has a passion for improving her community and it's people.
