Susan was a delight. She is always so helpful when i come in. She basically runs the place! She has an answer to every question, an amazing sense of urgency, and QUALITY customer service. Susan is the reason I continue to do business with this agency! Anytime I have a question about a policy change, insurance questions, or I’m getting a new vehicle I never stress. I just call Susan and I know it’ll be handled quickly and correctly. Her amazing service alone is worth it. This agency has your best interest at heart and Susan makes sure of it. Give that woman a raise. It’s well deserved!!!
