I usually buy all my home improvement project supplies at 'Homie Depot' or Lowe's. Of course, I never miss the garden section since I am such a lover of flowers and plants. We recently moved, and I converted the front hall closet into a pantry since the kitchen didn't have one. The room I converted was attached to the kitchen, so it made more sense to be a pantry instead of a coat closet. I'm not sure why the complex didn't just convert it themselves. They tend not to want to spend any money on upgrades, but I did ask. The room sizes in apartments here in Tennessee are smaller than what I am accustomed to, so utilizing every inch of space in an efficient way is essential. I wanted to accomplish making an efficient space with shelves, hooks, and bins, and doing it by making the conversion temporary. I did not want to have to 'put it back' so to speak when I moved out. Mission accomplished. So I chose several of these cool black wire 3-shelf goodies which came in a box that was VERY lightweight to carry. I'm not very handy when it comes to assembling anything [especially IKEA furniture lol], but these shelving units were a cinch. There were even YouTube videos showing the complete assembly done by several YouTubers. There are many more larger sizes to choose from, but this one worked so well, and was manageable for me. I bought one more to use against the end of the kitchen cabinets and it looks very modern. I use this one to house decorative kitchen pieces and frequently-used items. With the already-existing shelf in the closet, these worked out perfectly for what I needed to store, as well as it freeing up space in the limited amount of cabinets in the kitchen. Actually, I got quite good at assembling these. So good that I ended up buying several more of these units for my huuuuuugeeeeee walk-in closet!

The biggest problem with Home Depot is their delivery service and they won't give a refund on appliances. I bought a Samsung dishwasher on 16 November 2021 it was to be delivered on 30 Nov I got it on the 4th of Dec. The men that brought the dishwasher broke it getting it in and said nothing we didn't know it until we had it hooked up and tried to level it. I went back to home depot and they contacted Samsung and got it set up for delivery and install for Dec 16 the delivery person said it wasn't in his paper work to install so he took it back to the warehouse. Talked to Home Depot again they got it worked out again for delivery and install on Dec 27.Two young men showed up and they was very nice but didn't know how to install. They got it done with me guiding them. If it wasn't for Laura D in customer service going all out to help me I problem would not have a working dishwasher now and I want to thank her so much. Also the assit manager Roy he got everything rolling when I came in on Dec 4th. I also want to thank another Assit manager Shane he gave me some compensation for all the trouble that I went through. I will continue to shop at Home Depot but will not buy any more appliances until they get another delivery service. Again thank you Laura D. Charles Martin

I always get really great service at this location. The folks I've worked with a few times remember me and even ask about my projects. Jimmy was especially helpful on some lumber cuts I needed, and helped me problem solve some issues. He really went above and beyond.
