Was given the wrong date for my physical. Dr. Brett Caminez was very kind and understanding . Very conversational,pleasant,and respectful. He took care of my renewal dot form. Thx u Dr Caminez. He do take outer towners. Be blessed.

A great place to receive your DOT fisical in TN. They have a grat friendly staff that treats you with respect. They get you in and out in a reasonable time. I would definitely recomend them.

Great, fast experience. Very happy that they could do after-hours (5:30+). I thought the font choice for the eye test was a bit strange. I've never seen a "C" like that in my life and I work in front of computers. Maybe it's the standard for testing and I'm unaware.
