Thursday, pinched nerve in left leg - could barely walk. Morning adjustment by Dr J and another later that day by Dr Ryan.
Friday, 80% better and was walking like a normal person . Got another adjustment to lock it in.
Saturday, hiked 8 miles in the big frog wilderness / snowbird mountains, 2400 ft vertical climb w 20 lb pack.

I couldn't walk without pain when I went in, sciatica, instant relief when I walked out. Still need some more therapy but they have me on the right track!! Brenda at the front desk was so very helpful and kind. Dr. J really helped me today, I think he was surprised when I hugged him after my appt, but 5 days of sharp pain in my back and leg he deserved it!! Don't stay in pain, go let them help you, and they are affordable!!!
