David Skiles and his assistant were a pleasure to work with. He actually listened to my issue and took into careful consideration my previous actions to immediately zero-in on the actual problem which did not originate in the tankless water heater at all - it was driven by a faulty water pressure regulator under the house. He changed said regulator in record time and quickly fixed the issue my efforts had failed to remedy. I’ll request him by name in the future. Great service.

Replaced a Rinnai tankless water heater with a new Navien tankless today. The office was very helpful in getting us a new unit quickly and David Skiles was here on time to start the process of removing and replacing. David worked for 4+ hours and took time to explain the working and the upgrades of this newer unit. Afterwards I asked about our broken disposal. He looked it over and was able to replace it this afternoon. I appreciate the quick service and work experience from David and Scenic City. Thanks.
