“At a time when your heart is breaking and your mind is still not fully ready or capable it seems to make decisions about a funeral for your precious Dad who went to his eternal home..this is where they step in! Russell was that man..he was a God send..compassionate, very patient, knowledgeable, kind and so thoughtful when we as a family sat with him planning a funeral for the loss of our dear loved one! Every detail was taken care of..always communicating to make sure it was exactly what we wanted! He went above and beyond from the very loving obituary we gave him & he helped in making sure all the many pictures were loaded for the slideshow, and the Veterans’s items we requested were beautifully displayed at the visitation and the the funeral service as well as at the graveside service making sure Dad was honored with Taps and folding of the flag and presentation to my Mom??Tony Horton, our family car driver, was also very kind, thoughtful, and compassionate he went above and beyond to our family showing respect for our Dad, our American Hero Veteran as he saluted at the casket and the graveside. Also the care the men took in making sure that the American flag was draped perfectly on Dad’s casket. My Dad was honored with a police escort and Tony did a wonderful job as he drove us through those colors of blue and salutes. He was very courteous as he drove us to and from the gravesite. Our Dad meant the world to us-so deeply loved and we appreciate these men and all who were involved in anyway in providing us support and comfort.
