“The eye doctor who has her office here (separate from the Walmart eye center) is WONDERFUL. I have been going to her for years and will continue. The center that does the glasses, however, could be much better. I knew my glasses were not right, but the woman behind the counter insisted they were and that I just needed time to get used to them. Ended up having to redo the order. They are also slow, slow, slow!! I miss the optical center at Sears.“

“My experience with Epic has been nothing but sunshine and rainbows. The team is extremely kind and helpful in every way possible! As far as I could see, the office itself uses the latest commercial hardware, technologies, and methods to ensure that their diagnosis is accurate and of the highest quality. Their products and offerings, from glasses to contacts, are also of substantial quality. The selection is slightly smaller than other offices, but if they carry the brand you prefer, you can ask to have them order in some other frames for you to try on if the ones available don't suit you. All in all, I have absolutely zero complaints and all the praise in the world for this group of professionals. Thank you Epic Optical and Team! And thank you specifically, Ms. Roth, for your continual dedication and assistance with my requests! Y'all have been an absolute pleasure to work with and I will be returning for all my future eyecare needs!“

“I love that I can order contacts from here and get them sent to my home! I called and order a 90 day pack and it was delivered the next day. The Cleveland office will not sent them to me. It took about a week and a half, plus 2 trips to get them in Cleveland, which is where I live. And Cleveland told me they will not send it to me because they can't control how long it takes me to get them. How ridiculous!“
