“I had recently had my glasses stolen earlier in the week and needed some glasses ASAP! I was down to just wearing my prescription sunglasses and needed a pair of regular glasses since I didn't have any back ups. thanks to the lovely lady that helped me find a pair that almost matched my stolen glasses but for half the price was amazing! what was even more of a blessing is that they were able to get my prescription into the glasses I chose within an hour of purchasing them. So thank you to I believe his name was Jason for getting my glasses done with no issues. These wonderful people took a very crappy situation and let me walk out with my vision back. These people come highly recommended in my now clear vision lol!“

“The eye doctor who has her office here (separate from the Walmart eye center) is WONDERFUL. I have been going to her for years and will continue. The center that does the glasses, however, could be much better. I knew my glasses were not right, but the woman behind the counter insisted they were and that I just needed time to get used to them. Ended up having to redo the order. They are also slow, slow, slow!! I miss the optical center at Sears.“

“The wait for my appointment was short, and everyone was professional and friendly. As usual, Dr. Lee is the best. He takes time with me, answers all of my questions, and has a quiet confidence about him. I can’t imagine seeing any other ophthalmologist.“

“I'd give my service with Dr. 4 stars. NOT as happy with the girls at front desk. They don't listen or follow-up. Just kinda talk over you on the phone or cut you off and put you on hold. Initial interaction when I came in wasn't the greatest. Got asked did I know the number to the pharmacy. How easy is it to find a phone number? That's your job. Also didn't appreciate the lack of communication about $35 fee until the last minute. Might chose somewhere different next time.“

“After having a very bad almost horrible experiance with the lady that does the glasses/lenses orders. I was put in touch with Amber who also takes care of glasses/lenses. I explained to her how bad of customer manners and service I had with the other lady(eye rolls, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, they don't do PD measurements and so on). After talking to Amber she made me feel so much better about staying with Thompson and Lett Eye Care. Amber has been extereamly kind, listens to every concern and truely cares. She has went the extra mile to help get my glasses perfect. People like Amber should have high praise for doing such and amazing job. The other lady should be assamed of how she treated a customer.“

“I came here in search of frames for a very rough 2 year old little boy. I had a specific style in mind, and Alex greeted me before I even had time to make it completely into the door! He listened to my request, and took me straight to what I was looking for! He came back around the counter with a few pair to see which ones looked best. We picked the ones we wanted, and while Alex took our info, Daniel went straight to work getting them made for us! Everyone was super sweet and never made me feel bad about my 2 year old being a little wild, after little guy had an eye exam and hadn’t had a nap.We were in and out in less than 20 minutes!! I will forever use them for our kiddos! My 2 year old was very accepting of the interaction from everyone there!Alex and Daniel, thank you for being our saving grace today!“
