Bill Owens heating and air is literally the only air company I will use. I won’t even call another one for a quote or anything at this point. You definitely get what you pay for and let me tell you this company goes above and beyond with their customer service! We recently had Zach out to bandage our old system from 2005 (we just moved in in January) he was so professional and made sure to answer all questions and explain everything he did. And you know what he was ON TIME! If it’s one thing I can’t stand is someone being late! I knew our hvac system was unfortunately on its last legs and that we would need a new air unit prior to the heat of summer. When the bandage did wear off ( no shock there as like I said before Zach made sure we knew what he was doing would likely be temporary as the unit had been previously worked on before with the previous owners) this company was out here with an estimate the same day and installing a new system the very next day !! Can you say customer service 15/10 recommend!!!! At our last house we also used bill Owens heating and air for our maintenance when needed and we were so highly impressed then that is why we refuse to go anywhere else! Thank you so much!
