I had an issue with needing to transfer data from an old, broken phone to a new phone. David was able to quickly assess the issues with the broken phone and aid me in getting my new phone set up and my data transferred over. His customer service skills were extremely friendly, efficient, and insanely fast! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them again if needed!!

The young man was running late but he called to let me know and ask if a later time was okay. He gave me a eta and was there when he said. He was friendly and fast. Made sure my phone was fixed an working properly before departure. I was extremely happy with the easy of the process.

When I went into ubreakifix by asurion on Old Hickory Blvd. in Hermitage, I went in blind but hopeful that service, proficiency and affordability would be in order. I got more than I hoped for ! A young man named Jim greeted me right away and at the same time was dealing with another customer. In minutes, he had followed through on her issue and then addressed my issue. As it turned out, mine was a quick fix. He was skilled and matter of fact but I had the feeling he liked what he was doing and was confident in his work. (Not just a job).
