Dr. Totty had a quick acupuncture consult with me with my concerns prior to pricking me. She was quick and gently enough. Unfortunately, the front desk was the issue. I went in to get acupuncture and got my insurance info but didn't tell me that Dr. Totty was not an in network provider for acupuncture. She's only in network for chiropractic care with my plan. I ended up paying $84 out of pocket. It would be nice to know beforehand.

Absolutely incredible service! Totty's team works with all body types. I focus on high intensity sports performance & have always had issues with my back and neck. With their combination of cupping & acupuncture, they always know how to get me back to normal! Whether you work a sedentary job, or are a gym nut - go to Totty!

Went in for a "pain I woke up with" and just as we were done treating that, I suffered a horrendous fall and back injury. From day one, Dr. Stephanie and Cass have been consistently professional, genuinely caring, friendly, helpful, flexible, and supportive. Happy to say I am gratefully pain free and smiling. The office is clean, the staff safe, and all the employees treated me respectfully with each interaction. I had never been to a chiro before, but I had a great experience with Totty Hermitage.
