I was a little skeptical about taking my daughter to the Hermitage Kroger Little Clinic because of the bad reviews, but decided to give it a shot and I am so glad I did. Misty and Dr. B were so nice and friendly and the visit didn't take too long. Definitely recommend!

I was at a local urgent care when after I paid the co-pay was informed they didn't have flu tests. Another patient in that office told me about the Little Clinic so I went online and made an appointment within 30 minutes. The young lady at the front desk was courteous and let us know we would have a few minutes wait. Within 10 min, they called my granddaughter back and had her tested for strep, flu, and Covid. I'm skeptical about certain testing and the PA was professional and respected my wishes regarding them. Albeit a convenient stop for quick visits, this ISN'T an urgent care and the co-pay was cheaper than the other facility. WIN-WIN. Thank you ladies for the professionalism and quick turn around to get my girl home and in bed.

Check in was practically painless and she courteous and helpful. Then my visit with Jordan was awesome! She diagnosed me quickly and compassionately. She gave me relief from a three week issues right there in the office. I can’t say enough good things about her ! Ask for her at this clinic ?????
