I had an amazing experiencence with Donald and his team. As a first time homeowner, having a water damage can be extra stressful, not knowing what to do and fear of the unknown. These guys came in and eased my mind and cleaned things right up! They were consistent in their communication, and overall very kind and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!
Our insurance company gave us the choice of ServPro and ServiceMasters after a pipe break. I have had a few encounters with ServPro that were less than pleasant, so we chose ServiceMasters. Our insurance claims adjuster called Service Masters on our behalf - more specifically SERVICEMASTER RESTORE BY DAVID (a family owned group within the ServiceMasters brand). What a GRAND decision. These folks were skilled, efficient, kind, understanding, and did not stop until the job was done correctly. It was a messy job, just like all clean-ups after water or fire damage are.
