They were very helpful and responsive to my needs. I dropped off a suit to be dry cleaned but when I did, they carefully examined my jacket and discovered a rip in the liner that needed to be repaired. Throughout the process, they communicated what they intended to do, the cost and when I could pick up my suit. They repaired my jacket very well and dry cleaned my suit perfectly. After figuring out the "in" & "out" traffic pattern, it's all good now. Great service, good hours, free PU & delivery, and worth the premium cost per item. Im a very pleased customer !

The team did an amazing job on my suit right before my wedding! Not only did it come back clean and pressed nicely… they also got it done within a very timely manner! Highly recommend this place if you are in the hermitage area!
