I’ve used Joy for more than 20 years. They have consistently been dependable and courteous, and we are never disappointed with the quality of their services. During Covid, I had forgotten that I’d dropped some shirts, and I didn’t remember to pick them up for MONTHS. When I realized, I went back to claim them, and not only did they quickly get the shirts, they didn’t charge extra and were as courteous as usual. I saw another post here about the price, but excellent quality and service are not going to be cheap. Honestly, you will get what you pay for!

I have been going there for 16 years. They know me and my family. They are very friendly and professional. I haven't no problem. We do all our laundry and alterations there. I reccomend them highly.Service: Alterations

I have been a customer at Joy Cleaners Hermitage for many, many years and I have always been very satisfied. Over the years everyone that has helped me has been very professional and very courteous. If something is not right, it's been my experience that they will do everything in their power to make it right.
