Glad I took the chance. Rick works on both PCs and Apple laptops. My Macbook Air had a virus which was beyond me. My Mac is an older model but I hoped to get another few years out of it. Rick picked up the laptop, was able to remove the virus, install a new browser (at my request), and do a tune-up.
