Covert Plumbing was amazing with their professionalism and hospitality. My wedding ring fell down my shower drain and I was devastated. I knew that my best chance was that the p trap caught it under the house in the crawl space. To avoid pushing it further down the drain I immediately turned off the water. I called multiple plumbers desperate to help me and unfortunately everyone was too booked. When I called Covert Plumbing they were the only ones who could sense my urgency and prioritized my problem which I appreciated beyond words. Thank you so much Covert Plumbing for finding my ring and treating me like family. They are truly special people and did a wonderful job...read full review
