Amazing experience. No one likes being sick, but Erica made the check in fast and she was very friendly. Nurse Melissa was such a peach. Sweet and efficient. For Amy the provider, she saved me an Er visit. Got hydrated and back to my home in 1 hour. So grateful for the staff and their knowledge. Thank you to you all!!
Great caring professional Staff. Made my appointment online and they got me right in when I arrived. Everyone was so nice and took great care of me and explained everything I needed to know in detail. Would highly recommend Ascension Saint Thomas and this Hermitage location to everyone.
EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CORDIAL AND EFFICIENT. HARDLY ANY WAIT TIME. THE NURSE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND CARING. GAVE ME THE RIGHT MEDICATION FOR MY BRONCHITIS. MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY HAVE VISITED THIS WALK-IN CLINIC IN THE PAST. EVERYONE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE......I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
