I initially left a 2 star review after having to wait a long time after arriving on time for an appointment. Owner or manager called me and apologized profusely. She offered me a free haircut to give them another shot. When I needed another cut I went back. Experience with Bea was excellent. They again offered the free haircut, but I felt like they'd made it right and handled initial issue well, so we compromised on a discount. l'll be back.
Man i absolutely love this barber shop! Kayla was my go to person and she moved on to a different life so we will miss her. But i have had the chance to use Molly and Bee and i found out that I'm staying here until i lose these two!!!
After having less than satisfactory experiences with a couple of other locations in town, I'm happy to say I've found my regular barber now. Kayla is awesome, talkative but not so much so that it's annoying. We've all been there, right? Got a good thorough shampoo on the way out (with a hot towel draped on my face - felt amazing) and left the place feeling like a million bucks. Which is a heck of a lot more than I paid for.
