My problematic hair had SO much damage from a previous stylist. Over-processed, uneven layers, not to mention being fine and thin. Kaitlynn had an uphill battle to make my hair healthy again and to color correct the yuck. But she is so patient and meticulous in her technique! “I have only been there once, but thoroughly enjoyed my facial and hair cut. I have a regular person I go to for my haircut and couldn't get in when I needed the cut. I was very happy with the cut, especially since my hair VERY straight and hard to get a cut that is easy but makes me look good with out having body. As for my facial, I wish it could have lasted longer, it felt so good! I highly recommend them. Sorry for those who had bad experiences, I guess I was lucky.“
