I didn’t like that the employees or manager didn’t greet me when I walked in to get service. I came in yesterday and said good afternoon and they didn’t even look up to acknowledge my presence. I then loudly said GOOD AFTERNOON again, and they barely spoke up. Once I get my clothes out-I’ll probably will not frequent this business ever again. I happen to be African American and I hope that their rudeness wasn’t because of the color of my skin, but either way-they need be grateful for customers who choose to frequent that business.

I go the Gallatin location about once a week. Everyone who works there is wonderfully personable but Angela stands out. She always seems to have my clothes ready to bring out before my car even comes to a stop, she greets me by name, and she is always warm and friendly. Totally refreshing! Great work, Signature Cleaners!
