I see Jessica Epting and have had a wonderful experience. She addresses all my concerns, is so kind, and I never feel rushed. I’m surprised by the negative reviews about office staff, they’ve been nothing but helpful and friendly. One time they really went above and beyond to help me get a prescription filled while my doctor was out of the office. Highly recommend!
I see Jessica Epting, PA. Jessica is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She is very thorough when I had my physical exam. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone who is looking for a new primary care doctor.
Today was my first visit to Reliance.Everything about it was very positive. April at the front desk is an absolute joy! How fortunate they are to have someone like her greeting the patients. The Medical Assistant that took me to my room, did my vitals, etc, Misty, was extremely kind and professional. And I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Practitioner Erin Miller! Very kind, very thorough, took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything in detail for me. I could not have asked for a better experience all around.
