He can take a generic idea or picture and turn it into a customized design. I always do dip and last time I mentioned I had a small issue with how well they held up (cracking in week 2) so he adjusted how he applied the dip and MAN - I'm 5.5 weeks into my latest set and if it wasn't for grow out, I could easily keep going.
