The folks at Plumbers'Choice are very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in "all things water". We have a whole house water filter system from them that has performed flawlessly for over 13 years. I highly recommend them.
Our Flow-Tech Home MAX Anti-Scale System recently malfunctioned. With the help of David Johnson, we determined that the unit needed to be replaced. David indicated that he would be in the Dallas area and could stop by our house to replace the unit.
David did stop by and replaced the defective unit. That is super customer service. Our new Flow-Tech Home MAX Anti-Scale System is up and running . David thanks again for all your help,
