My problematic hair had SO much damage from a previous stylist. Over-processed, uneven layers, not to mention being fine and thin. Kaitlynn had an uphill battle to make my hair healthy again and to color correct the yuck. But she is so patient and meticulous in her technique! She was able to acheive tremendous improvement after 2 visits and I am able to relax and trust her completely. Bellezza is such a breath of fresh air with the private suites and friendly faces.
