This dental office is the best in Hendersonville. The office staff were just as professional and courteous in person as they were on the phone. I could tell they all enjoyed their job. They do great work. This was my first visit to this dental office. I have never in my lifetime been to a dental office nor doctors office where everyone in there were had big beautiful smiles, great personalitys,and just made you feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr Bunch and Caroline the dental hygienist that worked on me were second to none. They made me feel so relaxed, not to mention the doctor is easy on the eyes. I love this place. Yesterday was my first visit to Indian Lake family dentistry and I give it a big ol’ thumbs up! The front desk staff were all welcoming and efficient. The hygienists were so personable and professional and caring. The dentist was attentive and did not make me feel rushed. I love that they were thorough but also not pushing me to do any extra or unnecessary procedures. I do not dread going back but it’s still a dentist so I can’t say I look forward to it.
Office manager did not return calls. Be aware that office does not send credit checks from insurance overpayment unless you ask.Overall dentist and hygienist are excellent. Would like to have nitrous oxide offered before a dental procedure.
