I have used Eddie to buy and sell a home and he is the best!! He makes it easy, keeps you updated, helps whenever needed, and is an all around rock star and great guy!! I would use Eddie for all my real estate needs here in Tennessee!!
Eddie Cox is a real estate rock star. We have been working with Eddie for about 8 or 9 years now. He was referred to us by close friends who absolutely swear by him. Their whole family works with Eddie exclusively. There's great reasons why. We're on about our 10th transaction with him through ourselves, our family and friends. The best reason to use Eddie is his ability to work through agents who are incredibly inexperienced. 90 percent of all agents in Tennessee have been licensed less than 5 yrs.
