It's hard to find an independent barbershop that consistently does good work, eschewing that feigned hipster-rockabilly ambiance many shops use to cover their lack of talent, and instead focusing on delivery of product. Barberville is a breath of fresh air. If you're looking for a quality haircut--hold the avocado toast--you won't be disappointed. Joel is one of the best. Always respectful of my preferences and helpful when I ask for suggestions. He's been cutting my hair for three years, and I've yet to notice a mistake.

Joel is excellent! He does a great job on my husband and my three-year-old. I love being able to schedule our appointments and he’s always on time. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will continue to do so!

Joel has been cutting my hair and my two sons as well since we moved to the area a couple of months ago. His attention to detail is excellent and we always get great, consistent results. I’m thrilled that we found him and we’ll definitely continue to utilize his services. I would recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a great, friendly barber.
