My family has used them three times now and have been pleased every time. I actually don't understand why people give them bad ratings. But then again some people just complain to hear their head rattle

After having a late night tow I contacted the company right at closing the next day and even though they could've ignored my call by all rights as I called at closing. But, I was greeted very kindly, had all my questions answered very nicely and professionally with a touch of southern hospitality. Awesome repair shop! I was traveling from Texas to New Jersey when my truck rapidly overheated. I got it towed to this shop and they were able to diagnose and repair my truck on the spot to get me back on the road. Without them I would've been stranded for days because every other shop in the area was booked. It's been a few weeks now and my truck is still running perfect. Can't thank them enough for the work they did to help me out. I would definitely recommend anyone to check them out.
