We have many rescue and foster animals along with our own animals. The vets at East Tennessee have been amazing for our animals. In office visits along with farm calls we couldn’t ask for more. Very caring and go over and beyond to help our animals.
Dr Bolten absolutely saved my baby boy when there was NO HOPE! PLAY HELP ME SAVE HIM LAST MINUTE WITH NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES, REALLY GOOD STUFF THAT THEY'RE NOT EVEN EQUIPPED TO DO. No we are not in the clear, but she like I, refuses to give up on him! I can't say enough good things about this place the whole staff has been amazing one of them even offering up her dog for a blood transfusion. All of them so very kind and caring, attentive and understanding and I could have never asked for a better blessing in such an awful time. I will never go anywhere else as long as they are open.
I’ve brought two different dogs to this clinic on two separate occasions, and both experiences were outstanding. Every single person I interacted with was genuinely kind, patient, and professional. They didn’t just do what was expected — they went out of their way to do extra, complimentary things simply because they cared, and that really stood out to me.
