The ladies at the front were nothing spectacular. The dental assistants were very kind. Bullington himself was in and out in no time and almost felt like he was annoyed to be there..My main issue is the the billing. Whoever I spoke to about my bill was so very disrespectful. I had gotten a bill even though they accepted my insurance. I had talked to my insurance company about what they were billing me for and they told me that they had put in the same service multiple times therefore my insurance would not cover. Dentis; Public service announcement I have been a long g time customer of Christopher Bullington, DDS. He's made a lot of money from my dental needs. I am as an only child a 24/7 caretaker for an elderly parent. So that's my hectic mornings, caring for her needs for the day so my afternoons are free. Today was no different. What is different I was having a lawn job done today that was unexpected and I needed to be at home for this since weather was good and I had one of two days off for this job to be done that couldn't be rescheduled because of weather, being fitted in because other jobs that they have in the area, and the fact I have to be here. I called around 12:30 to apologize for being unable to go to my appointment. My appointment was at 1pm I Understand the inconvenience of this situation. I was informed I needed to find another dentist. I think this is a great dental office despite Dr. Bullington's terrible bed side manner. Which I can overlook for the good work he does. I understand the fact I have let this slip my mind and wasn't able to call earlier. However there are legitimate circumstances that do pop up for people that can't be helped. But to be told to go away and find someone else for a service seems a bit extreme. The fact is I'm usually asked to come much earlier on appointments in the past despite the inconvenience to myself. I've always went out of my way to come in earlier as they asked for their convenience. Yes I'm very disgruntled and understand they now have a new policy that will turn people away because of personal circumstances that is sometimes out of our control.
I have been going to Chris for a long time, and I could not recommend him more. I have four crowns from him over the years and not one has had a problem in thirty years (yes, I'm a geezer). I have had other work done, and again, not one issue with his work. I did visit another dentist one time (scheduling matter), and this dentist actually drilled through the root of my tooth. There are some dentists out there not so trustworthy, but I trust Chris implicitly.
