Robert from Jeff DeLong Services was fantastic, loved the communication, updates and the prompt fixing of my range. I bought my range with extended warranty through Lowes, and initially was assigned a group called Narefco, where they said they would call within 24 hrs to confirm my appointment. 3 days later, and another 2 calls to follow up, there was still no sign of a confirmation. Finally called back Lowes to get a different technician, and I'm glad Jeff DeLong was assigned - they called the very next morning, checked my schedule, and worked around my conflicts. Had a broken LG fridge. A little slow in responding at first, but everyone was very friendly and polite. Sent a repairman out that day, fixed my fridge. Repairman was great, even offered to help me load the fridge again when he was done. And the price was extremely reasonable.
