Mr Bennett was very thorough with the inspection of our potential new home that we were looking to buy for our retirement home. While we looked at the home cosmetically he brought areas of inadequacies to light that kept us from purchasing a home that was not sound in structure that would have been a money pit. while the rebuild of the house was to have been down from the studs up, the workmanship was cheap and shoddy. Danny did our inspection for our first ever home. We were pretty clueless about what to look for beyond the obvious things, but he took the time to walk us through every little thing and explain to us the solutions and what he was putting in the report. He was so thorough and his report was completely accurate. Hopefully we won’t need another inspection any time soon, but we will tell all of our friends that go through the process!
