Marty knows what he is doing and he explained what he found. He also educated me about termite behavior, wasps, mud dobbers, and carpenter bees. There was also a discussion about different crickets we found in the basement that were making a racket in the vents, LoL. I learned a lot and thank you.
We have a pretty bad yellow jacket issue, I called and had a technician an hour later. Shannon was professional, friendly and very helpful. Look forward to using Barnes for all of our future pest control needs.
Adam did a great job, as usual, with today’s service. He is thorough and knowledgeable, in addition to being a nice guy. We’re happy to have him doing our quarterly service.
