Jay did a great job. I had an in ground yellow jacket nest that wasn’t able to find. These things had been plaguing me for months, but he found it and took care of it in 5 minutes.

Not too long ago we took in a tiny orange tabby who had been left at a neighbor’s doorstep. Little Jack was only about 5 weeks old and seemed pretty puny. Being new to the area (and already having 5 cats) we figured, “ What’s one more mouth to feed?” and took him in. We took him to Robinson Animal Hospital to get checked out and he was found to have Feline Leukemia, which he would probably have not survived. Dr. Fox gave me the sad news, crying the whole time, and put the poor thing down for us. She cried and cried with me during the process and let me hold him. I have never met another vet break down in tears at having to put an animal to sleep! This compassion shown to us (who only had Jack for 3 days) has determined that this is our vet for our other 5!!
I have the upmost respect for the Vet Doctor and the entire staff. The care and compassion will not be beaten by any other Vet Doctor or clinic in the Tri-Cities ever. ?

So glad we went here! My son grew his hair out very long and Michelle took care of him and got him all styled up. It was a fantastic job. Location is great, the front porch is the best. What a find! Highly recommend Sittin Pretty!
They took care of my American Bulldog Bam Bam. He stayed 9 days. They have a good setup for dogs, and they are also professional dog trainers. I will definitely use them again next year

I had Jerry and Jack come out to look at my dishwasher and garbage disposal. I am very pleased with the new hot water heater and pressure reducing valve. I also signed up for the maintenance program. I am very impressed and will recommend Hometown to everyone in and around the Tri-Cities.

We recently had a fence and mechanical gate installed by McCalls fencing and we absolutely love it. Amazing craftsmanship, extremely hard working employees, courteous, kind, informative and they go above and beyond. From beginning to end John and his son two of the hardest working people hand digging every hole to Nicholas and his helper which I apologize I forgot his name they worked extremely hard also making the mechanical gate work flawlessly and last but not least the staff who you speak with when you call. Bought the pureAir Solo and the pureAir 1500.Both are fantastic products, the 1500 leaves my house smelling like the ocean. I suffer badly from allergies and often struggle with sleep due to this, but thanks to the 1500 my allergies have subsided drastically due the clean air. I can honestly say this is responsible for helping me have a much improved sleep routine.The solo is a great little device that only compliments the work that the 1500 does, wearing the solo out in public keeps me feeling fresher and again has massive benefits on subsiding my allergies.

Down to Earth was recommended to us by a couple of friends, and we had a wonderful experience. We were in need of rock to build a rock garden / fire pit area in our backyard. We stopped by Down to Earth, and Elizabeth was incredibly helpful. She showed us numerous samples and guided us on how much rock we would need (based on the square footage of the area). Upon placing the order, we arranged for the 2.5+ tons of rock to be dropped off at our house. It was very easy to nail down a time, and they called and delivered right within the window that was agreed upon. The driver was very friendly and skilled, and he dropped the rock right where it was needed. The project turned out great, and the rock was very high quality. The amount we paid for everything (rock and delivery) was very reasonable. Overall, a great experience, and we would highly recommend Down to Earth to anyone.
