What a fantastic group of people! They are very courteous and respectful of your time and go above and beyond to insure proper communication of the issues at hand with the repairs and up front with what the costs are. I highly recommend to anyone unsure of who to have working on any of your hvac needs.
Our AC unit went down on a 98 degree 4th of July just hours before hosting a party. Universal dispatched Billy 15 minutes after I called and the unit was repaired within 90 minutes. Excellent customer service on the phone, text updates along the way, and Billy himself was informative and incredibly friendly. The overall experience made us customers for life and we will be investing in their yearly service plan.
