Very quick to respond and professional. I got a mini water heater put in and it still wasn’t working after being installed. They had came back several times to try and fix the issue. They realized it wasn’t getting enough power. They refunded me for the cost of the heater, but not any of the labor. It should have been checked for enough power before installation and working that same day. It was turned into the electricians fault and not theirs for not checking it before hand, so now there’s extra holes in the wall and I spent $300 on nothing because they couldn’t do a quick check for the right amount of power.

Water would not stop running in my bathtub and I called and they worked their schedule out so they could get to me same day, even gave me a 1 hour window that they stuck to. Repaired quickly and all is good now!
