Could not be happier with my first time experience with Moore's Floor Covering. Clint came out to measure my home, took the time to check under air vents to check for thickness of sub-flooring for when my new hardwood floor would replace my 29-year-old living room carpet and vinyl in the kitchen. I had a wall opened up, and wanted hardwood to cover my living room, kitchen, and hallway. It took me months to decide on the wood, but no matter how many samples I tried, or trips to the store to ask questions, I was met with welcoming, friendly faces. The day of the install, James and two other helpers arrived at 9am sharp. It was like a windstorm blew in. They started moving furniture out on my deck, getting right down to business. I was amazed how quickly they worked; everyone knew their job; they'd done this before. Less than 8 hours later, my new floor was complete. It is gorgeous. The old stuff was carted off, everything inside and out was cleaned up and swept. The carpet guy came a week later to finish off the ends of the bedroom carpet and install the trim at the bathroom doorway. Everyone I dealt with was professional, yet friendly. I am a happy customer. Oh... after checking with my brother who is a tile contractor in NC, he said the cost for labor that I was charged was a good price, less than he expected. I just wish I could post a picture of my new floor so you could see it.
