I had an amazing experience at this salon! Chris was my stylist and did above and beyond job with my hair and has such a fantastic personality that I feel sooo lucky to have gone here. Everyone in the salon was extremely friendly! A wonderful place to go to!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I would just like to say that the stylists that performed these terrible services are now gone or have received more training. Our nail dept has an experienced nail Tech that only does nails and nothing else. She is great at acrylics and everything. If you have had a bad experience please come and give her a try. At Kala's all operators are booth rent meaning that they rent a space from the shop. Sometimes it's hard to know what kind of experience they have until they have done services. I , as the owner do try to get them training if I see the problem. Sometimes clients leave and I don't see their work.
