Technician took time to educate me regarding the problem and took the initiative to contact manufacturer to find out one of the parts on our 9-year old unit was covered under warranty. It was. I never would have thought there was any warranty still in effect after nine years. Saved me several hundred $$.“
“I am the husband writing the review: I would describe myself as an above average knowledgeable consumer as it relates to HVAC. Our main package unit went out unexpectedly and we needed a new unit. We inquired about purchasing a new unit through Costco and they contract with Solace for the install. The same day I inquired, Tyler (in sales) called me. Tyler was amazing. His communication and response time was second to none. He answered all of my questions and was never pushy. Once I decided to move forward, Rebecca (in the office) handled all the necessary paperwork and I was scheduled for the install the next day. Jacob, Austin and Tyler (in service) comprised my install team. They were fantastic. They were friendly, kind, did a great job communicating throughout the process and did a fabulous job keeping the worksite clean. The day after install, I had confirmation that my unit's warranty was registered and Rebecca called to schedule my electrical inspection with the state inspector. I could not have had a more pleasant experience. I also signed up for their twice a year maintenance program. For $9.99 a month they will come out to perform a maintenance service (to be clear, not repair) on ALL of your HVAC units. This also makes you a preferred customer for a service repair call if your unit is ever in need of repair. It is a nice feeling to have made a large transaction and have absolutely zero regrets and no second guesses. At the end of the day, the great team of people working together in unison to provide great service at a very competitive price made all the difference. Way to go! Keep up the great work! Our ac went out early this morning, called it in around 7:30, they were here around 9, fixed it by 9:20ish, and now it’s cool it even really had a chance to get too hot. Triple digit heat index would NOT have been fun. We will continue to use Roger Denton just like we’ve done for years!“
