I honestly can't say enough good things about CSSI Design Center and Lee, the amazing man who helped us. My father died of colon cancer and carcinomatosis only 3 and a half months after being diagnosed. We were very eager to get out of the house he died in and move my mother to Nashville to be with me. When first speaking with the men at CSSI we were told there would be a 3 week to 1 month wait. Lee and his crews were extremely professional and exceeded our expectations in many ways. Lee sent pictures during the process which was almost a week, keeping us updated on all of the progress. The quality of work was exceptional. We contacted CSSI after another person who lives in our neighborhood recommended them. They installed our new luxury vinyl downstairs (while repairs were made in our HWH closet) and laid beautiful new carpeting upstairs.
